Jorge obtained his law degree from Universidad Central de Venezuela in 1982. He has a Specialization of Laws from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, 1989.
Jorge is a Professor of Law at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. He is also a member of the Lawyers Association of Caracas and has been an alternate Judge of the Supreme Court.
He has provided legal assistance to national and international companies involved in major construction projects in Venezuela.
Jorge is fluent in Spanish and has a good knowledge of English.
