Kate's practice includes civil litigation and appellate work with an emphasis on pollution, health hazard and professional liability insurance coverage.
A member of the Bar Association of San Francisco, Kate is a 1998 cum laude graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she became a member of the Thurston Society and was elected to Order of the Coif, and a magna cum laude graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
