Kathryn has been with Clyde & Co since 2001 and qualified into the Real Estate and Construction Team in 2003.
She has experience in a broad range of commercial and residential property transactions including acquisitions, disposals and management of high value investment retail/office and industrial buildings, residential properties and business parks; structured property financing and residential development.
Kathryn acts for a number of high net worth individuals, banks and financial institutions on residential property transactions involving offshore vehicles and tax efficient structures as well as residential developers, landlords and tenants.
