Lee has been at Clyde & Co since 2003. He specialises in insurance and reinsurance matters with a focus on policy coverage advice, wordings/policy structures and litigation, arbitration and mediation.
His experience is focused on the construction, engineering and energy sectors, in respect of both property (including business interruption) and liability covers, but also encompasses general insurance and reinsurance.
Most of his work has an international dimension and as well as advising on jurisdiction issues he has experience of dealing with losses around the world.
