Lee is a senior associate in Clyde & Co's Middle East corporate group. He has significant expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, complex joint venture arrangements and restructuring.
Lee's work involves advising global organisations on cross-border transactions throughout the Middle East and assisting clients in achieving their emerging market strategies within the Middle East and North African region.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co's Dubai office in early 2008, Lee worked for two major UK corporate law firms.
