• Advised a significant global professional services company on the restructuring of its operations across 15 jurisdictions within the Middle East and North Africa. This involved a number of entities and highly complex ownership, regulatory, governance and operational issues
• Advised a global retail and leisure company on their acquisition of a well known chain of franchised restaurants in Dubai
• Advised on and negotiated the investment by the investment arm of a Dubai Holdings company in a telecommunications company
• Advised a global dairy products company on its establishment in the UAE
• Advising, drafting and negotiating commercial arrangements between a Dubai based company and a significant Saudi oil company
• Advising foreign companies and UAE companies on share transfers in the UAE (both onshore and in free zones)
• Advising on and negotiating the sale of shares in the largest manufacturer of industrial gases in the Gulf Region to a global investment company
• Advising a number of private equity funds in relation to the ownership and development of residential and commercial property in the UAE
