Lesley was a partner at another leading law firm in Aberdeen from 1981 to April 2003 when she set up her own practice. She is a Consultant and Scottish legal advisor to Clyde & Co.
Since 1977 she has developed a wide ranging experience of commercial dispute resolution in the oil and gas industry handling, in particular, substantial commercial energy litigation for oil companies, contractors and insurers.
Lesley has also advised extensively on contract risk management and contract reviews, accident investigation and emergency response, FAIs, health and safety prosecutions and cross-border and international disputes. She is an accredited mediator.
Lesley conducts in-house seminars for clients on key contractual issues and is a regular speaker at international conferences.
