Lisa is a partner in the insurance department. She joined Clyde & Co in February 2006.
Lisa specialises in Professional Indemnity claims and commercial litigation. She has considerable experience in large and complex claims against property surveyors, solicitors, accountants and IFAs and she frequently advises on liability insurance coverage issues. Lisa's practice area also encompasses the technology media and telecoms sector.
Lisa has a strong background in domestic and international arbitration (including ICC and LCIA). In particular, she has a great deal of experience in coverage disputes arising out of Bermuda form wordings and has particular expertise in various product liability claims.
