Media Technologies v. Upper Deck Company - Represented premier sports and entertainment trading card company accused of infringing its former board members' patents. Obtained summary judgment that all of the asserted patent claims were invalid.

Align Technologies v. OrthoClear - Represented the developer of the Invisalign® system for treatment of malocclusion against a competitor organized by its founder and former CEO in an ITC investigation involving 11 patents and trade secret misappropriation claims. Matter was settled by a consent order prohibiting importation of OrthoClear's products into the USA, transfer of all of its worldwide intellectual property rights to Align and other relief.

BP Chemicals Ltd. v. Jiangsu Sopo Corporation- Represented an acetic acid manufacturer in an action brought by its competitor alleging the theft of trade secrets in violation of the Lanham Act, the Missouri Uniform Trade Secret Act ("MUTSA"), and the common law. Obtained the dismissal of the Lanham Act and MUTSA claims eliminating the plaintiff's ability to recover its attorneys' fees. The matter subsequently settled.

TSMC v. SMIC -Represented China's largest manufacturer of semiconductors in defending a series of cases in the International Trade Commission and state and federal courts involving claims of infringement of 14 patents and massive theft of trade secrets.
