Margaret practices in the areas of professional liability and insurance litigation. Her practice principally focuses on the representation of insurers in connection with claims made under professional liability insurance policies, with a focus on medical professional liability.
A member of the American Bar Association, Margaret is a 2007 graduate of the University of Chicago School of Law, J.D. where she was a leader with the Japan Law Society. Margaret is a 2003 graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, where she received a B.A. in Political Economy of Industrial Society.
