Mark's practice is focused on the dispute resolution side of the offshore oil & gas and renewable energy industry, but with a significant element of advisory and drafting work.
His clients are primarily rig, platform and vessel owners, their clubs/insurers, and off-shore contractors – including specialists in the fields of subsea & well construction, pipe & cable lay, seismic and well services.
Mark joined Clyde & Co in 2008 after 11 years at the Bar of England & Wales practicing litigation, arbitration and ADR. He has advised parties and appeared as their advocate in disputes at all levels up to and including the Court of Appeal.
