Mark joined Clyde & Co. in 2008 after 11 years at the Bar of England & Wales practicing litigation, arbitration and ADR. He has advised parties and appeared as their advocate in disputes at all levels up to and including the Court of Appeal.
Mark's practice is dispute resolution focussed, but with a significant element of advisory and drafting work. He has particular experience of injunctive proceedings and relief.
His client base is international and includes oil & gas majors, chemical companies and traders, as well as off-shore contractors and service companies.
Mark has lectured on various topics and is an author and contributor to a number of publications, including Freezing & Search Orders (4th Edition, Informa).
