Meghan C. Goodwin concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance and insurance coverage. Her practice focuses on insurance coverage litigation and counseling in a wide variety of matters including general insurance coverage, excess liability claims, long-tail claims, such as asbestos, environmental and other toxic torts, and bad faith/extra-contractual claims.
Meghan began her legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Barbara Zucker-Zarett, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County. She practiced general litigation with a small New Jersey firm for 2 years and was also an associate at Connell Foley for 5 years before joining Clyde & Co US in 2010.
During her law school career, Meghan was a two-year member of the Moot Court Inter-School Competition Team. She was also a student lawyer in WCL's Clinical Program, representing clients on various matters in the courts of the District of Columbia.
