Michael is a corporate and commercial lawyer in Clyde & Co's Doha office in Qatar. He has over seven years’ experience advising clients throughout the Middle East. Michael has advised clients in relation to insurance, employment law, company formation and structuring, corporate finance, project finance, IT service agreements, and IPOs. He has significant expertise working with the Qatar Financial Centre (“QFC”) and its regulators.
In addition, Michael has worked with a large number of clients setting up businesses in the Region. Michael combines his knowledge of local and regional Middle East business practices with his legal knowledge and skills to provide the best outcome for clients.
