- Assisting TANS Peru Airlines in implementing its crisis control plan after the incident involving Flight No. 204 in Lima, Peru as well as representing the airlines interests in connection with Peruvian and American litigation that arose from the accident.
- Representing various general aviation product manufacturers in litigation and arbitration throughout the U.S.
- Michael has also represented domestic air carriers and other corporations in the US in their defense of employment discrimination and wrongful termination claims.
- Michael has also represented Underwriters at Lloyd's of London in relation to various claims and litigation arising out of hurricanes and other mass disasters, including claims of bad faith, appraisal disputes and similar wrongful denial actions.
- Michael has assisted a variety of both aviation and non-aviation entities in drafting and implementing document retention and preservation programs.
- Michael has lectured and written several published articles on various topics related to aviation law and is licensed to practice in California, Florida, New York and Georgia.
