Michelle has been a solicitor at Clyde & Co since March 2003, specialising in insurance and reinsurance.
She primarily advises London and overseas insurers and reinsurers on various matters, including policy disputes, wordings, and recovery actions following claims. Her practice centres on reinsurance related to commercial property, financial instructions, directors and officers and APH, particularly long tail exposure, and she also has experience in claims involving product liability, professional indemnity, property damage, fraudulent claims and disputes arising out of pools and binding authority agreements.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co Michelle practiced as a barrister and then worked at Barlow Lyde & Gilbert for a number of years.
