Moustafa is a senior real estate lawyer with considerable experience working in the United Arab Emirates and other jurisdictions.
He has been involved in various matters including property structuring, development, leasing, facilities management, joint ventures and other commercial matters, acting for a wide variety of clients including property developers, banks, facility managers, consultants and others.
Moustafa also advises owners and operators on all aspects of hotel and branded residence developments both in the United Arab Emirates and overseas. Moustafa qualified in Australia and joined the Abu Dhabi office in 2006. He is conversational in Arabic.
