- Acting for an Abu Dhabi-based developer on the acquisition and development of seven large plots in an island development in Qatar
- Advising a listed public company on legal structuring, sales and marketing and disposal advice for hotel, villa and apartment developments in the Seychelles, the Philippines and Vietnam
- Acting for a United Kingdom-based developer on a joint venture agreement with an Abu Dhabi-based master developer for the development of business parks throughout the Gulf Co-operation Council
- Acting for a Dubai based developer on a large mixed-use project including drafting and negotiating bespoke documentation for various hotel and branded residence developments
