Natalie joined Clyde & Co from DLA Piper (London) as an associate in January 2008 in the insolvency and reorganisation team and deals with all areas of contentious and non-contentious insolvency.
Natalie deals with insolvency practitioner driven instructions including antecedent transaction claims, fraud and asset tracing investigations, large scale ledger and receivables recoveries and personal guarantee actions. Natalie also has expertise in trading and non-trading administrations, business and asset sales and all aspects of personal insolvency. She completed her Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency (CPI) examinations in June 2006.
