• Various Actions by liquidators and majority creditor in £80 million claim in the liquidation of a group of three companies to recover investment monies for a large far eastern pension fund.
• Advising insurers in relation to the provision of insurance cover in respect of potential transaction at undervalue and preference claims.
• Advising liquidators in relation to recognition of cross border insolvency in Switzerland.
