Nick's practice focuses on litigation, dispute resolution, professional liability and insurance law including the defence of professionals, such as architects, attorneys, and engineers and their insurers in connections with claims of malpractice.
A member of the American Bar Association, Nick is a 2007 graduate of the University of California, Davis, King Hall School of Law, where he was the Chair of the Moot Court Board and served on the King Hall Legal Foundation Board of Directors. Nick is a 2003 cum laude graduate of the University of California, San Diego, where he received degrees in Philosophy and Political Science.
