Nicholas joined Clyde & Co US LLP as an associate in 2006.
His principal areas of practice are aviation, product liability, construction litigation and appeals.
Nicholas was educated at Hofstra University School of Law (J.D., 1994) and Fordham University (B.A., 1991, cum laude).
He was admitted to the Bar in New York and New Jersey in 1995 and to the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York in 1996 and Southern District of New York in 2006.
Nicholas is a member of the Federal Bar Council, New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the New York State Bar and American Bar Associations.
