Nikki practices in the area of professional liability and insurance law. Her practice principally focuses on the defence of attorneys, architects, and engineers, and their insurers, in connection with claims made under professional liability policies.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co., Nikki was an associate in the business litigation practice group at another international law firm where she engaged in a broad litigation practice and gained experience in business torts, contract disputes, post-judgment litigation, real estate development and construction disputes, as well as general commercial litigation matters. Nikki also spent several years in the Legal Search Practice of one for the world's leading executive search firms where she focused primarily on general counsel searches for both public and private companies.
Nikki grew up in the Boston area and lives in San Francisco. She graduated cum laude from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts in 1998. Nikki earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2002, where she was the Symposium Editor of the University of San Francisco Law Review and tutored criminal law and criminal procedure. While at USF, she also clerked for the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office.
