Oleg is a partner in the London office of Clyde & Co advising clients on cross-border acquisitions, energy and project finance.
He specialises in negotiated acquisitions, private equity deals, and joint ventures in emerging markets. Oleg's clients are typically investors making inbound investments in emerging markets.
Oleg's energy practice includes oil exploration & production, and the associated infrastructure. Oleg has negotiated and documented numerous upstream PSAs and concessions, and the related JOAs for oil and gas E&P projects.
His project practice encompasses multi-modal transportation, LNG, pipelines, processing plants, mini-refineries, environmental treatment and management, offshore terminals, and other midstream and downstream assets. He also advises on power and power transmission and distribution projects.
