Prior to joining Clyde & Co US LLP, Patrick worked for four years as an associate at a New Jersey law firm where he focused his practice primarily in the areas of business litigation, product liability and tort law. He also has substantial experience representing national franchisors in commercial and trademark litigation sited primarily in New Jersey and New York state and federal courts.
Patrick served as a summer clerk for the Honourable Nolan B. Dawkins and the Honourable Constance H. Frogale, both of the Alexandria Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court for the 18th Judicial District of Virginia.
He is a 2006 graduate of the William & Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law, where he was Vice President of the Black Law Student Association.
