Petar graduated from the Law Faculty at the University of Belgrade. He is an experienced litigator and has wide-ranging experience in dispute resolution.
Petar served as a Judge in the First Municipal Court in Belgrade, where he heard and ruled on various commercial disputes, real property disputes, damages compensation claims, labour and employment claims, insurance and debt collection matters. As a Judge he deliberated in complicated criminal procedures and is licensed by the First Municipal Court in Belgrade as a Mediator, and as such is involved in various alternative dispute resolution cases.
As an attorney in charge of a commercial litigation department in a prominent international law office in Belgrade, he acted before the commercial and municipal courts in Serbia for a number of domestic and international clients (i.e. foreign investors in Serbia), in cases involving various aspects of corporate, commercial and labour law.
Petar is a member of the Belgrade Bar and is fluent in English and German.
