Recent experience
- Represented international clients before the local courts in three high value litigations (exceeding EUR 50 mil each) relating to property rights and enforcement of contractual obligations.
- Represented international clients (mainly German, Austrian and Greek) in more than 40 different commercial litigations.
- Represented international clients in different enforcement procedures and establishment of securities over movable and immovable property (e.g. assets, stakes, shares etc) in the Republic of Serbia.
- Advised on contractual aspects and applicability of local laws to contracts between international companies and their Serbian partners and issued legal opinions thereto.
- Acted on buy and sell side in more than 10 transactions and advised in due diligence process primarily in respect of litigation, corporate and commercial issues as well as in respect of contingent liabilities.
- Advised international clients in respect of IP protection in the Republic of Serbia i.e. copyright, trademark, patent etc. and issued legal opinion to that effect.
