Thai Caprolactam Limited Refinery Financing: advising the Japanese lenders in relation to a $318 million multi-tranche facility for a 70,000 tpa caprolactam production plant in Rayong, Thailand, sponsored by TPI Polene, Ube Industries and Marubeni;

AES Pak Gen Power Project, Pakistan: advising the commercial lenders and IFC in relation to a ¥14 billion and $110 million multi-sourced JEXIM buyer credit, IFC and MITI financing for a 362 MW thermal power station located in the province of Punjab, Pakistan;

AES Lal Pir Power Project, Pakistan: advising the commercial lenders in relation to a ¥20 billion JEXIM guaranteed financing and IFC $40 million A&B loan financing for a 365 MW thermal power plant located in the province of Punjab, Pakistan;

Azerbaijan Early Oil Project: advising ExxonMobil and Amoco on the refinancing, by means of EBRD and IFC A&B loans, of the exploration and development costs of oil and associated gas reserves, including the production, processing and associated pipeline facilities - the first upstream limited recourse financing in the Caspian Sea, an initial $400m for an up to $8bn project.

AWE PPP, UK: advising sponsors pre-BAFO on a tender for services to the Ministry of Defence by means of a management and operation contract for the Atomic Weapons Establishment at Aldermaston and following contract award, on the restructuring of the 10 year procurement contract and thereafter on converting that contract to a 25 year Public Private Partnership with an aggregate value of £5.3 billion;

SADAF Power Project, Saudi Arabia: advising the petrochemicals host to a proposed 230 MW combined heat and power captive gas-fired power plant – the first international power project in the Kingdom.
