Peter is a partner in our dispute resolution practice. He has a wide variety of experience in the area of commercial litigation, arbitration and also alternative disputes resolution procedures and strategies. Peter is an accredited CEDR mediator.
He specialises in cross-border disputes with an emphasis on energy, engineering & construction projects, and product liability claims.
Peter has acted in litigation and arbitration in over 30 international jurisdictions, from the Far East, Middle East, Central Asia, North Africa, US and South America.
He is a qualified member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (Dip CII) and speaks regularly at conferences and seminars in London, the US and around the world.
