Peter is a litigation partner and has a wide variety of experience in the area of commercial litigation, arbitration and also alternative disputes resolution procedures and strategies.
He specialises in cross-border disputes with an emphasis on insurance and reinsurance disputes. He has considerable experience in international liability claims particularly involving energy – on and offshore - engineering & construction projects, and product liability claims.
Peter has acted in litigation and arbitration in over 30 international jurisdictions, from the Far East, Middle East, Central Asia, North Africa, US and South America.
