  • Advising an oil and gas company on a farm-in to an exploration block in Ghana;
  • Advising a European investor on its US$200 million preferred bid for a Danish North Sea asset;
  • Advising an international investor in negotiations related to various project documents for a proposed Base Oils plant in the Middle East including the joint venture agreement, operating agreement and technology licence agreements;
  • Advising a sponsors of a major LNG project on its shareholders agreement, joint venture agreement and operational agreements;
  • Advising on the US$2.1bn acquisition of an international operated and non-operated oil and gas business having business operations in 12 countries;
  • Advising a North American company on a bid for an LNG project in North Africa;
  • Advising an investor on a gas gathering project in West Africa intended to supply an LNG facility;
  • Advising a Japanese company on its investments in an exploration licence in the Faroe Islands;
  • Advising an upstream company in relation to a farm-in to an exploration block in Mozambique;
  • Advising a consortium of companies on a gas project to develop 15 gas fields and the construction of two gas processing facilities in Syria including a fully termed gas sales agreement;
  • Advising a major African company on a gas pipeline project in Mozambique and South Africa;
  • Acting for a French company on its bid for a package of gas assets in the Netherlands sector of the North Sea;
  • Advising a financial adviser in relation to an IPO of an oil and gas company;
  • Advising an international investor on the development and implementation of sale agreements for the sale of diesel and naphtha from a GTL plant;
  • Advising on the negotiation of a Libyan Exploration and Production Sharing Agreement
  • Advising on a successful bid for an Algerian Production Sharing Agreement; and
  • Advising on a project involving the construction of two new gas pipelines within Oman, the acquisition of the existing state gas pipeline network and an agreement to ship gas for a joint venture between the Omani state gas company and Shell.
