Philip is a partner in the corporate department. He qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and was a partner in a leading regional law firm in the United Kingdom before joining the Clyde & Co Dubai Office in 2003.
He has extensive experience in local and international corporate and commercial transactions.
Philip has advised companies listed on the official list of the London stock exchange and multinational corporations on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including IPO's, private equity fund raisings, funds, mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs, buy-ins, joint ventures and other commercial arrangements.
