Philippe joined Clyde & Co as a partner in January 2001.

Philippe specialises in EU and competition law, advising clients particularly in the maritime and aviation sectors. Philippe also has extensive experience of competition litigation before EU and UK courts. In addition, Philippe's practice covers international trade, including World Trade Organisation (WTO) issues and EU external relations.

Philippe's career as an international lawyer has included the EU Commission Legal Service, the United Nations and the UK Treasury Solicitor's Department.

Philippe has published widely on EU and WTO issues.
