Philippe joined Clyde & Co as a partner in January 2001.
Philippe specialises in EC and competition law, advising clients particularly in the maritime and aviation sectors. Philippe also has extensive experience of competition litigation before EC and UK courts. In addition, Philippe's practice covers international trade, including World Trade Organisation (WTO) issues and EC external relations.
Philippe's career as an international lawyer has included the EC Commission Legal Service, the United Nations and the UK Treasury Solicitor's Department.
Philippe has published widely on EC and WTO issues and is secretary of the World Trade Law Association.
