Barry joined Clyde & Co US LLP as an associate in 2006.

His principal areas of practice are litigation and appeals, products liability, aviation, insurance law and bankruptcy.

Barry was educated at Duke University School of Law (J.D., 1997) and Cornell University (B.S., 1994). He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1999 and to the US District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 2000.

Barry is a member of the New York State Bar and American Bar Associations. He has published articles on subjects ranging from removal of Warsaw Convention actions to tort reform to the doctrine of forum non conveniens, has acted as a panel member at conferences sponsored by the American Bar Association and is the Publications Chair of the DRI Aerospace Committee and editor of Skywritings, the Committee's newsletter.

Barry worked as Law Clerk for Honorable Sherrie L. Krauser, Circuit Court for Prince George's County, 1997 - 1998.
