Richard joined the corporate team at Clyde & Co as a partner in 2006.
Richard has extensive international experience and is experienced in all aspects of corporate transactional work with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions both public and private, primary and secondary equity offerings and joint ventures often with a cross border or multi-jurisdictional element.
