Richard has been a partner at Clyde & Co since 1978. He has a wide experience of commercial litigation and arbitration and is, in particular, a specialist in insurance policy disputes in relation to political and credit risks. Richard also acts on behalf of subrogated insurers in recovery actions.
He is the author of a number of articles on insurance and commercial issues, including letters of credit.
