Rob Deans has been practising in the Middle East since 2003, when he joined Clyde & Co from a leading IP-specialist international law firm. He qualified as a solicitor in England in 1994 and then spent a number of years in Hong Kong where he gained a range of experience across all areas of intellectual property.
Rob specialises in contentious IP work and, based out of Dubai in the UAE, he has experience in enforcing IP rights across the Middle East.
Rob heads up Clyde & Co's IP practice the Middle East, and both he and the team have been consistently praised in a number of independent industry reviews as the leading IP practitioners in the UAE, including:
