Russell Rawlings

Russell joined the firm's London office in 1981 and was then transferred to Clyde & Co's Singapore office where he worked from 1993-1997 before joining the Pireaus office in 2003.

Russell specialises in the investigation and conduct of a wide range of marine casualty cases, in particular, collisions, grounding, allisions and salvage.  He also advices on oil pollution- investigations, response, claims analysis and settlement.

Russell represents hull and cargo underwriters, shipowners and their P&I Clubs and salvors.

Before joining Clyde & Co, he served at sea and holds a British Foreign Master Mariners Certificate of Competency.
