Selma graduated from Belgrade University Law Faculty in 1986. She is a specialized commercial and business lawyer.
She first worked for the engineering division of general export where she was engaged primarily in local and international investment projects.
Selma joined ILS d.o.o from a privately owned company, where she was head of the legal department and responsible for all the company's legal work including business status, organization and employment issues.
She advised clients on corporate and commercial, privatization and restructuring, employment, construction and civil engineering matters.
Selma is fluent in English and Russian.
