- Working with China Airlines and their Insurers in the handling of claims following the loss of a China Airlines Boeing 747 shortly after take off from Taiwan in 2002
- Advising Korean Airlines and their Insurers in respect of several claims, including a significant claim by the National Trust following the crash of a Boeing 747 in Great Hallingbury shortly after take off from Stansted Airport in December 1999
- Working with DHL and their Insurers in respect of subrogation claims following the midair collision between a Bashkirian Airlines TU154 and a DHL 757 over Überlingen in Germany in 2002
- Working with Austrian Airlines and their Insurers in respect of a subrogation claim against Rolls Royce following the crash of a Fokker 70 aircraft operated by Austrian Airlines in Munich in 2004
