Simon Vere Nicoll
Simon is a corporate partner and joined Clyde & Co in May 2005 from another leading law firm. He has been practising as a corporate lawyer since 1994, including two years in Australia and secondments with British Aerospace and Nomura.
Simon has broad ranging experience of public and private company corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, MBOs, reorganisations, joint ventures, private equity and business start ups and providing general corporate advice.
He has a particular focus on advising hoteliers, developers, investors, fund providers and other intermediaries operating in the commercial property sector, including providing specialist advice on structuring UK and cross-border joint ventures, property funds and other collective investment schemes, as well as M&A activity.
Simon also has specialist experience of advising clients in the lifesciences sector.
