- More recently is handling the major casualty cases "THUNDERHORSE", "APL PANAMA", "HYUNDAI FORTUNE", "COUGAR ACE", "ROKIA DELMAS" and "MSC NAPOLI"
- He is also handling the litigation arising from the collision between the "TRICOLOR" and "KARIBA" on behalf of "TRICOLOR" cargo interests
- Instigated the Vasso Order under which Arbitrators were given the same powers as the court to make inspection orders thereby permitting experts to carry out detailed investigations worldwide
- Has worked for French professional salvors for 30 years
