Stuart joined Clyde & Co in 2010 and is a legal director in the firm's corporate & commercial group.
He has a wide range of commercial experience including acquisitions, disposals, MBO’s and MBI’s; company reorganisations and financing; general company matters such as shareholder agreements, option agreements, buy-backs of own shares, reductions of capital, re-conversion and allotment of shares; terms and conditions of business, agency, distribution, and franchise agreements acting for both franchisor and franchisee.
Stuart also has had extensive involvement with IT agreements including software licensing and support, hardware support and maintenance, software escrow agreements, source code deposit; IP assignment and licensing.
