Suhey joined Clyde & Co US LLP as an associate in 2009.
Her principal areas of practice are commercial litigation, aviation, and insurance coverage. Suhey has represented numerous companies, including foreign and domestic air carriers and insurers, in civil litigation cases involving claims for personal injury and wrongful death, breach of contract, premises liability, and product liability.
Suhey also focuses her litigation practice on the representation of domestic and foreign insurers in complex coverage disputes arising out of professional indemnity policies, directors and officer liability policies, financial institution and crime bonds, errors and omissions policies and general liability policies. Her experience includes preparing coverage opinions, investigating underlying claims, and litigating coverage disputes.
Suhey is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School (J.D., 2007), where she was the Development Editor of the Journal of Legislation. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia (B.A., 2002).
Suhey was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2007, the New York Bar in 2008, and to the US District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 2008.
Suhey is a member of the New York City Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Hispanic Bar Association. She has also co-authored several articles relating to domestic and international aviation issues.
