Theresa is an associate in our New York office. She has extensive experience representing domestic and foreign insurers in complex coverage disputes arising out of professional indemnity policies, errors and omissions policies, general liability policies, directors and officers liability policies, financial institution bonds, and commercial crime bonds. Theresa's experience includes preparing coverage opinions, investigating underlying claims, and litigating coverage disputes.
Theresa is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She is also a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society. Theresa received her bachelor's degree from Rutgers College, Rutgers University (2002), and her law degree from The John Marshall Law School (2007), where she served as executive production editor for The Journal of Computer and Information Law.
