Trefor joined Clyde & Co's tax department in 2006. He has over 25 years of experience in corporate tax and has spent a total of nearly 20 years as a partner in two other major city firms.
He specialises in the tax aspects of UK corporate transactions such as share sales/acquisitions, transfers of undertakings, and reorganisations. Trefor also has extensive knowledge of financing and leasing transactions. In addition, he has very considerable experience of international tax planning, including inward and outward investment.
Trefor advises regularly on issues arising from double taxation treaties.
