• Prepared legal opinions for lenders and operators in the Middle East region in regards the purchase and leasing of commercial aircraft as well as the sale and lease-back of and aircraft engines
• Revised Conditions of Carriage (Passengers and Cargo) for operators in the Middle East region.
• Negotiated the purchase and fitting-out of Head of State aircraft.
• Advised on regulatory issues in order to provide legal consultancy to airports and airlines.
• Handled and settled personal injuries claims representing the underwriters on a major ground collision in Africa.
• Carried Due Diligences for several banks and financial entities (risk assessment, assets evaluation and analysis of financial and other contracts).
