Victoria is a legal director in Clyde & Co's corporate team. She joined Clyde & Co in 2002, prior to which she was with SJ Berwin.
Victoria advises on a wide variety of corporate transactional work ranging from joint venture and investment deals to acquisitions and disposals (both share and asset) as well as providing general company law advice relating to corporate governance and procedural matters.
