Vladimir has acquired extensive experience with an emphasis on commercial, civil, banking, labour and tax law.
He has provided legal services to a number of foreign and domestic companies and banks and participated in various pools during the privatisation procedure of various domestic companies in the Republic of Serbia, Montenegro and also in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
He has participated in negotiations in the course of privatization process and some other transactions of major importance in the Republic of Serbia.
Vladimir advises the clients in various transactions and in day-to-day business activities covering various fields of law and is fluent in English.
